Here's my offering for tarie's Arthur/Molly Challenge!



Having so much love for Molly and Arthur as I do, I could not decide which part of their lives to illustrate. So I picked three 'seasons' - Spring - new love, Summer - the chilbearing years, and Autumn - growing old together.

Wow, this is so beautiful! Very realistic, and it perfectly captures this safe, tender, warm love that I've thought they would have. And the way the seasons just kind of melt into each other, and the overlay, and Arthur's arms, and pregnant Molly.... guh.

This piece portrays such emotion-- it's incredibly done and a wonderful concept. Wow, you've done it again. I love how they look as if they are aging a little bit in each succeeding pose. How the spring colors of the background on the left progressed into autumn and winter ones as the scenes moved to the right. And pregnant Molly...yay!

I'm totally in awe of Summer. Actually, I think they're ALL gorgeous, but summer is just. Hot. I love how they're all snuggled together in Autumn, though. It's just so Molly and Arthur.

People should definitely do more Arthut/Molly. This was just beautiful.
