On the 12th Day of December...
...my fanboyhubby gave to me...

...a Rainshadow, cute as can be!
(note the holes in the t-shirt? I call it PARROT LACE. ;~P )

Spotty tummy!

Adopted through the Victorian Dog Rescue & Resource Group.
She is 8-10 weeks old, and suspected part Ocicat.
Rain is the sweetest, gentlest wee kitten, and a wonderful snuggler. Everybody in the house has fallen in love with her. Everybody. :~D
(except maybe Nessie, the Kelpie X, who has quickly reverted back to her stalkerish ways.)
(and the birds. They are a bit put out. )

And, yes, you're right about the birds. I will have to let one of the big girls bite her ear or something similar soon... D~: But so far distracting her is working fine, and EVERYONE is cooperating regarding keeping her in a part of the house away from the birds or watching her when she's near them.
Nessie (the dog) is fantastic with the birds, so having her near them tends to dissuade the kitten. At the moment anyway. ;~P
