If Evie and Emmy get going together, it can be annoying. But they can usually be disuaded or distracted. Emmy is by far the loudest, but usually only shrieks when someone comes into the yard, or if a bird flies past. (Or if I step into view. ;~P) If she's feeling threatened in other words, and has to warn the flock. So Emmy doesn't get to have her cage by the window with the others or she spends all her time shrieking! But if the other cages are between her cage and the window, she's fine.

Evie used to make the sweetest quaker noises, but because Emmy is her idol, now makes sun conure noises, which are, well, LOUD and not as pleasant. Once a day she goes on a bit of a squawking jag, usually when the outside birds are going to bed, or sometimes if she's bored.

The budgies twitter all day, but I LOVE that. Happy budgie sounds are awesome. The 'tiels sing occasionally, but are mostly quiet. Spike gets excited (actually they ALL get excited) when the wild birds come to the feeder.

We have flocks of corellas, galahs, and sulfur crested cockies go over twice a day. The rainbow lorikeets roost nearby, so there's squillions of them around all day. And the yellow tailed black cockies come through seasonally. They are GORGEOUS. :~D
Then there are the maggies, currawongs, crows and ravens etc etc. It's pretty noisy here. XD
