Haven't read the books and don't plan to, but I have to say that first pic, whoever she is, shows us the kindesst eyes I have seen in a long time. What a gift to be able to display character traits in art.

Awww, thanks, Sue! :~) And this was a commissioned illo for a fanfic, so not in the books. Set after Harry has left school, which might never happen in the real thing.
My first instinct was to just post "Too beautiful for words", and then the words came.
The details in this are amazing. Harry looks incredibly happy, and it pulls at the heart. The baby looks so realistic, which I know is an accomplishment because they have different proportions and are just that much harder to capture in a drawing. Even the fingernails are amazing.
Sadly, I couldn't find the story you said this is illustrating on PhoenixSong, but the picture already tells a story of its own. I can just hear Harry singing to her.
you've probably heard this before, but i love all of your work, you're incredibly talented. not only are your pictures beautiful, but you capture the characters' essence as well in their posture and expression, which makes your art even more effective and agreeable for the HP fan. i'm a huge R/Hr and H/G shipper, and i must say "Sunday Morning" and "Daddy's girl" are some of the best artworks of those couples i've seen, if not the best. thanks so much for bringing this to us!
