oh wow. Hermione reminds me of someone... can't put my finger on who, but I love their expressions and the background is so wonmderfully done.

And the tiny bird on the branch is a really really nice finishing touch.

One of our friends called in a couple of nights ago, when this was half done, and she (knowing my history of SW fanart) immediately assumed they were Han and Leia. *headdesk* Han with RED hair?! But I can honestly say, and my kids (who are the best and sometimes cruelest critics) and hubby assured me that they did NOT look like Harrison and Carrie. And seriously, the faces are nothing like Harrison and Carrie. *is defensive* ;~P

Well... I think you continously draw a particular person... just a theory... well it starts to show through in other drawings from subconscious thought, ya know. So yeah you didn't meant to draw Leia and Hans, but there is something in that drawing that Screams Star wars. LOL.

Not that I care. They're cute.

Well, I don't see it, but perhaps it's the Han&Leia-like qualities of Ron&Hermione that give them that aura? ;~)
