art - DH!!!

I LOVED IT.

I know it's out of context and is very rough, but I HAD to do draw it!  And I had to wait until the rest of the family went to bed so I didn't SPOIL them!!!!

I was SO worried I'd hate it, but I LOVED it and I want to draw SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much....

Guess what I'm gonna be doing on my 15hr flight to the US?!

We bought 3 copies!  So 3 of my kids are are currently at various points in the book.

Am I being unreasonable letting them stay home from school tomorrow so they can finish it without being Spoiled?  (my 10yo's School is having a day off anyway, which would normally piss me off, but I decided it was very thoughtful of them to call a pupil free day just after the book came out!  ;~P)

ETA: I haven't seen the US version yet.  Anyone know if the Chapter Header art is online somewhere?  :~)

Oh yeah, if I were a mom, I would allow my kids to stay home, because I would be a total hypocrite if I told them that school is more important. ;]

And that scene came out amazingly, and the book was even more amazing! I loved it when Hermione practically jumped Ron for being considerate to the house elves. Gotta love the timing.
