Jerry Goldsmith died on Wed. night! 

I can't believe how sad this makes me.  He was my favourite composer.

Fuck!  I'm actually crying over this!  Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!

Oh holy cow you're kidding! I didn't even realize he was that old, I mean he's still been compsing recently and so I jsut though he was maybe up there with Williams in age, but Holy Cow. This is not a god year, first Richard Briggs and now Jerry Goldsmith . . geez -_-

*sigh* I hope Trekkies are giving him a good remberance. Our fandom owes a lot of the god music to him. (Tha'ts what I know him for primarly, though I am aware of what else he's done. He was one of those compsers I would trust being a soundtrack from even if I had not seen the movie)
