Finished a commission AND my piece for the hp_art_xchange today!! YAYAAYAY!






for zas and, damn it was FUN!!! :~D cos popculture is something of a religion in our house and...well...there was SO much to choose from! So I just went with the latest fad in our house, which is of course the new and very cool Dr Who! But I had to throw in a wee bit of Star Wars... couldn't help myself... ;~D heh.

I am SO loving the new Dr Who!! We just had the Dalek episode here (and what an AWESOME episode it was!) but we have a wonderful mate the UK who has been feeding us DVDs (as well as the 'confidentials'), so we've just watched the 'are you my Mummy' 2 parter.
I have to say, I think Christopher Eccleston is my favourite Dr now. It was always Tom Baker (heh, no surprise there) but... eee I feel like a traitor but Chris is "fanTAStic!!" XD

Glad you liked the pic btw! And, yeah, I LOVED Rose's Union Jack T-shirt, and thought it totally appropriate for Ginny. :~D

Aha, ScarfDoctor!

'Dalek' was one of my favourite episodes (I think it may have been pushed out of the top spot by the finale). The 'Empty Child' and 'Doctor Dances' episodes were the scariest, I think; I was gibbering from beneath a duvet because I can't get behind our sofa, it's too close to the wall. What do you think of Jack? I didn't like him much at first but he grows on you. *points at icon* And Rose? This is Doctor Who shippy leik whoa. Even the Dalek ships Doctor/Rose :-P

#9 was indeed fantastic. Hopefully so will #10 be, but I crush on him anyway, so that's a good start :-P

I have never shipped the Dr with anyone...till now. O.o But damn if it doesn't scream Dr/Rose! And I love it! (which shocks me even more!)

You can tell he loves her. Seriously loves her. And you can tell it's supposed to be fatherly but...it's way more than that. As you said, even the Dalek picks it. :~D

I still haven't seen the last episode so I'm in complete denial about Chris's imminent departure. Not going to happen. No.

As for Jack the delicious Han Solo rippoff? Yeah, I love him. :~D
