It seems 2 of my paintings have been nominated over at the hposcars!

One is the Molly/Arthur (NWS!!) - Seasons - I did for tarie's challenge, and the other is the Ron/Hermione 'Room with a View' commission I did for gillybaz. While it's a bit sad that they are in the same catagory and therefore up against each other, this is, nevertheless, very flattering!

Hey sweetie,

I just wanted to ask you personally for permission on making some icons out of your work. It's none of the commission pieces, so no worries there. Also, I won't add anything to the icons, text, effects, they're just plain. When I post a new post at my lj, I usually post a new icon to go along with it, usually the icon goes with the fandom related work I'm posting or how I'm feeling. If you would like to see which fanarts I am asking permission to make icons out of, they are these works:

I have no problems with you making icons out of those pieces. The last two were gifts though, so you probably should check with legomymalfoy and lysel about those 2. Also, satindolls and kerryblaze just nabbed the Harry/Ron on the couch for their RPG auror_letters, so it might be worth checking with them on that one! ;~)
