You know, it's movie changes like that which I never understand. Ok MAYBE for editing and time the drop the whole tryouts thing and such, but why can't Ron stay Goalie (yes shush I've forgotten the HP term. I suck). Same with James magically becoming a Seeker.
Seriously the feel good moment was worth the canon loss, it was a contrived feel good moment *sigh*
. . . and persnality wise I just don't see Ron as a Beater. Ginny yesh, but Ron's personaloty fits keeper (wait is thar right?)
