Ohhh I can so see the Aussie flavour. I love the wave on his wrist band and the belt buckle. There are so many details, you keep finding other things to look at.

I also love the stylized dragon on his shoulder.

You did really well to get eyes without pupils to look right rather than zombie scary. I had a go at drawing a cartoonish Opaleye for earth_dragon's birthday and "iridescent, pearly scales and glittering, multicolored eyes with no pupils" must be one of the hardest dragons to draw. This was what I came up with.

Ah, well, see I didn't read the 'official' description of an Opal eye. I just knew it had opal-like eyes. ;~P And was Aussie. Woops!

You did a fabulous job with yours! The eyes really look like opals! And I love the frill on the dragon. Charlie's tattoo is fantastic too!
