Ok, I just watched that huge download only to find that a) half of it didn't work, and b) it was a bit that was not in the 10mins I downloaded from Potterprofile.com.  That and comments I have been hearing from various threads (like the kids talking about the R/H dynamic) leads me to believe that I have missed a heck of lot.  :~(  :~(  :~( 

*whines about the unfairness*  Why can't they run it here?  I know Foxtel is running the 10min special at the end of the month here, but we're not getting the re-edited PS (which I would love to see btw!), and I'll bet we won't see all these 'snippits' that aren't in the main body of the 10min special. *sigh*

I feel your pain.

I downloaded something from Mugglenet, and I don't think I got it all either. I mean, it was a trio interview (with Emma never shutting up), some clips from Maggie Smith and Gary Oldman, and a few new clips from the film.

Was that it?

BUT I feel better now they've shown the French preview on telly here (it was during Survivor. yes, I know..), so now at least I don't feel like the HP release here is a figment of my imagination. Ooh, good preview, though. Scary dementors.

Oh was it the French one? My kids came running out to tell me they'd seen a trailer but that it wasn't one they'd seen before - they've seen all the trailers I've downloaded off the internet - so I was feeling doubly miffed. (no pun of your name intended! ;~) ) Comforting to know I didn't really miss anything there then...

And I was going to say I could dub PS/SS for you from last night with the interviews but you are in PAL format and not NTSC. *sigh*

I could learn how to digitize it though. Maybe.

I downloaded something from some HP site and the clips were choppy when I saved it to my hard drive. I find it hard to believe that no one else had a problem. :\

cdenise, Thanks SO much for your generous offer! Fortunately danradcliffe.com had all the 'inbetween' bits up on their site today, so I was able to download them from there. :~)
btw, most VCRs here in Australia play both NTSC and PAL, so that wouldn't have been a problem. Thanks again for your very kind offer. :~)

Just let me know! :) the movie also put in the missing scenes were they were supposed to be so you don't have to mess around with the DVD and do all that weird stuff to get to them. :D

Oh, maybe it was different then. Thing is, it was so dark, the one I had on my computer, so it might have been the same one but looked a lot different. It was very cool though, and I was so eeepy that it might have been totally different!
