This is a gift for my very first international fangirl buddy (1983!!!), Sherilyn, whose love for the Malfoys - Lucius in particular - flows undaunted. ;~D

Lucius, Narcissa, and Draco.

Narcissa was based on a mix of Juliet Landau (who will always be Bellatrix in my mind) and Jenny Agutter.
Lucius is of course Jason Isaacs and Draco a slightly aged up Tom Felton.

Joyous Yule, Sheri!

Guh! That is beautiful! I love the texture, the colors, and how well detailed it all is. Simply perfection of the Malfoy Family Portrait. Marvelous job; incredibly stunning.

I loved how you combined two women to create Narcissa, especially Juliet Landau. You're right, I've always imagined her as Bellatrix Lestrange and always will too -- basically because once reading the description of Bellatrix I realized hey, that sounds oddly like our beloved Drusilla in BtvS! So that's who I visualize as Bellatrix -- but, as I said, I loved how you combined the two and gave Narcissa an elegant and almost psychotically beautiful character. Older Feltonized Draco looks astonishingly perfect (love the hair!) and always Jason Isaacs, as the devilish Lucius Malfoy.

Overall, the drawing looks fantastic! I know, I'm gushing over it but it definitely needs to be gushed over because -- wow! Talented you are, m'dear. :)

I'm so glad you enjoyed the pic!

Personally, I'm sure Dru from Buffy was JK's inspiration for Bella. ;~) Bella just doesn't have Dru's 'cute' side. :~D
