I was a bit worried how 'Gandalfy' he looked, but I had to put the Sorting Hat on his head, so there ya go. :~\

Loffly, dear. I love how the hilt of the sword is squishing into his cheek. It's a nice touch. He looks like a very warm, welcoming sort. The plaits in his hair are cool too.

I love the background you've chosen, and that mischievous look on his face. The coloring is really wonderfully done. The light and shadow picking up the veins on his hands, the folds of his robes... One of the things I like best about your Godric is the way you incorporated those braids into his hair - a hint of Viking, perhaps?

thats just cool. Your work reminds me of the Pern. There was a book I once ow-d and ah-d over and I believe it was called "The People of the Pern." So this IS A MAJOR compliment. I like your works though because I'm more familiar with the characters. Very cool.

I don't think he looks Gandalfy. Although, he is reminding me of a certain comedian, whose name I can't recall right now. 0.0

I like how you gave him red hair, green eyes and braids. It sort of covertly links him to main characters. ^^ The details in this are so attractive! His hair, the lines about his eyes, the veins in his hands!!! The sword is making me long for my own. *sniff* And the fade into parchment is a nice touch. Sort of majestic and mysterious. While Godric himself looks honest and inviting. Gotta love the contrast!

This is completely awesome. He does look a tad bit Gandalf-y, but not really. Heh.

I love the textures around the centre focus, his hands, the red hair, vivid green eyes, the way the sword is resting against his cheek, and the overall colour of the image. Very gorgeous.
